We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The return cost will be at buyer's side.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, pls kindly contact us firstly via zj1@zjpaddle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you email about the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please kindly inspect your order upon reception and contact us via 
zj1@zjpaddle.com or call us +86 571 6347 7698 within 3 days if the 
item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and pls 
kindly send us the order number, clear photos/video of the Items, so 
that we can evaluate the issue and will remedy the failure or defect, 
the remedy will consist of repair, replacement and refund,
at Z&J SPORT's option.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Pls kindly note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like paddle parts, bags and other accessories. Please kindly contact us via zj1@zjpaddle.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Thanks for your time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, normally you’ll be refunded via Paypal, and you will receive the refund within 1 week after approved.
